Summer days are back.
Remember back in June, when I blogged about my whole week, saying how we were having a wonderful hot week? Well, since then, the weather has been rather mild, not really summer-like.
The past couple of days, finally, the heat and sun came back. Nothing too warm to be fair, but at this point I’ll take any chance I get to wear a t-shirt and have a good time outdoor. Read More

A romantic weekend.
Felix and I have talked about going away for a weekend since summer begun, and finally we decided to buy some plane tickets, book a hotel, and fly to Menorca. Read More

Here are some of my favourites.
I haven’t been wearing earrings, especially big ones, for a little while (other than thin, golden hoops occasionally), but lately I’ve collected some really fun ones and wanted to share them with you, cause I think the summer time is the prefect season to rock something a bit more… unusual. Refreshing, easy and very tasty.
Yesterday I wanted to make a quick cold dessert with just a few ingredients.
I had some cookies that I hadn’t eaten in a while, so I wanted to finally finish them, as well as some soy cream and a vegetarian lemon jelly pack. I combined them, and came up with super easy frozen cake.

I’ve stopped by a few days to stay with my family, and meet with some friends.
Here are some photos I took, to show you around. Read More

Quick, cold and vegan.
The weather, even here in Brighton, is nice and warm. Yesterday the temperatures reached 29*C – something very unusual – so I felt like it was the perfect time to make a no bake, cold pie. It takes about 10 minutes to make, and an hour for it to be done.
I found the recipe here, but as usual mine has slightly different ingredients, and also a base for the crust.
Hope you like it! Read More

It’s finally warming up!
Yesterday, as every Saturday, Felix and I spent the day together. We wanted to simply walk in the centre and have a nice time: the weather was on our side, and the sun came out.
I always talk about The Lanes, so today, let me show you around! Read More
